Your 10 week step-by-step masterclass to help you start your cake business – everything you need to know to make sure that your baking business gets off to the best possible start!

“Best Investment I’ve ever made!”

This course and of course the lady at the helm takes the unimaginably scary, intimidating and out right terrifying of setting up a business from the financials, legals and of course customers (I work in retail – I know just how terrifying they are), Breaks them up into bite size pieces, covers them in sprinkles and presents it all on a pretty purple & green tray served with a side of gin!

For you to consume at your own pace, no pressure with plenty of Rebecca’s guidance, reassurance and support throughout the journey, with the added extra of a great community of like minded people sharing your experience who are always there to help/support and encourage – the outcome: fear replaced by confidence and enthusiasm to follow you’re dream.

Best investment I’ve made!

I just wanted to let you know that after doing your 30 days to start your cake business course, I have started my business, left my part time job and in my first month I actually earned more than I would have done at my job I hated!! I am so much busier than I expected! I don’t know how I have done it but I actually have 900 followers on Facebook, 18 orders for Christmas cakes and hot chocolate bombs coming out of my ears! I wasn’t always that active on your course but I was always looking and referring back to the videos you posted. What I am trying to say is THANK YOU! You showed me that my dream could be made into reality

I only joined the course because I thought I ‘ought’ to, to do things properly & to save me time finding things out for myself, but you have taught me so much more. I am now behind as “life got in the way” & I’m on holiday but I know I’ll get there! I am only expecting to the the odd order here & there but you have made me hope it could become more with your ideas & suggestions!

I FEEL REALLY SUPPORTED, EXCITED, MOTIVATED

I can’t fault you Rebecca, I feel really supported, excited, motivated & cannot believe what I’ve learnt & put into place in the last few weeks. You’re such a warm lovely person who I feel ‘cares’ about us & yet you still push us forward without pressure if that makes sense & I love how driven you are & are so thorough. I knew within a few days it was more than worth it & have told everyone about you & the course … even my regular delivery Tesco chap who always asks how I am!

And how about the potential income that you could earn after taking part in this course?

Well, the possibilities are endless!

Lets break it down…… you pay £197 for this course (which can be paid in 1, 2, 4, 8, or 12 monthly instalments!)

If you make celebration cakes with a profit of £25 per cake – you will have got the cost of this course back by the time you have made 8 cakes. Not much is it?

Likewise, if your cake business was a sideline to your “proper job” and you made 4 cakes a week with a profit of £25 per cake, that is £5,200 a year profit for you.

Lets say you decide to make your cake business your full time job and you decided to make wedding cakes – if you made 2 wedding cakes a week for the 6 months of the year that is considered to be traditional wedding season, and made £250 profit per wedding cake, you would make a profit of £13,000 and that is not even taking account of any other cakes you may  take orders for in the other 6 months of the year!

The Possibility & Potential Is Mindblowing!

“When I decided to turn my hobby into a business my main fear was pricing. I hadn’t got a clue. I didn’t want to be too cheap because nobody wants to be “The cheap cake lady” flooded with orders and not making money, or too dear with no customers. So when I saw Rebecca promoting her course I decided to give it a go.

Now at the end of the course I know how to price my cakes with confidence and so much more. She gave some fabulous tips on how to choose a unique name that I love, guidance on branding, setting up social media pages, terms and conditions, help with EHO inspections. The list is endless.
She’s also incredibly motivated and goes out of her way to help and advise when you need it.

I have decided to transfer across to her new intake next month purely so that I can still ask her for advice because whether it’s business or cake related I know I can trust Rebecca to give me the right answer. ”

Frequently Asked Questions

I've absolutely no idea where to start! Can you help me?

Yes absolutely!

This course will address the basics of starting cake business and will walk you through everything you need to do step by step.

I've already started getting set up but I don't know if I've done it right - is this course for me?

Yes definitely!

It is really important that you set your business up properly so that you are compliant with all the requirements of food businesses. You will be able to check what you have done against the course content and tweak anything that you need to.

How do I know your course is up to date with the requirements for cake businesses to operate?

I have taken the time to verify all of the information that I have at the time of writing with two local councils – Chesterfield Borough Council and Sheffield City Council. This is to ensure that my knowledge is up to date. I also regularly speak with my EHO to ensure my knowledge is up to date.

Can I watch the videos on my phone?

Yes, all videos can be watched on phone, tablet, and desktop.

I don't make cake, I make cookies/brownies, can I do this course?

Yes, absolutely!

Whilst I will be using the word “cake” throughout the course, the exact same principles apply to all sweet treats!

Can you guarantee that my cake business will be a success?

Unfortunately not, I wish I could!

What I can do is equip you with the knowledge to get your business off to a flying start but it really is the case that you will get out of this what you put in.

I work full time so won't be able to watch everyday, does it matter?

Not at all!

You can watch the videos at your own pace. A new module will be available each week, however, you can just complete them in your own time. You have lifetime access to the course, so you really can take it at your own pace. There is no obligation to open your business within 30 days, I am just showing you the possibilities.

How do I get in touch if I have anymore questions?

Just drop me an email to rebecca@lavenderwhisk.co.uk

Can I get a refund if I don't enjoy the course?

Unfortunately not.

I’ve tried to provide as much information as possible to ensure that people know whether the course is for them before they sign up. If you are unsure, please get in touch before purchasing.

HER EXCITEMENT IS HIGHLY CONTAGIOUS

I cannot recommend Rebecca enough!

Not only did she teach me the skills and information I needed to turn my hobby into a business, she gave me the ability to see my goals (which I’d been thinking about for years!) were 100% achievable!

Her passion for helping others is obvious from the start and her excitement is highly contagious!!

YOUR ATTENTION TO DETAIL IS JUST FANTASTIC

Your course has taught me so much and so many things I wouldn’t even have thought of. Your attention to detail is just fantastic and the content of your course is just brilliant. Everything you need to start a business and so much more. I feel most people wouldn’t give such valuable information out to others trying to do the same thing. You are so passionate about the course it shines through.

You have made me feel much more confident in myself that I can do this, excited to get started and totally motivated to be me and what I want to be.

I TOOK APPROXIMATELY £1000 WORTH OF ORDERS

I just thought I would let you know, you may recall I set myself the challenge to cover the cost of boss your business (£147).

Well it was a very long day and I will be doing the maths properly today but think I took approximately £1000 worth of orders so smashed it.

Great way to start this next course.
