Your step-by-step formula to pricing our cakes to sell AND Making a Profit! No more being tempted to “knock a fiver off” to get the sale! (I know you do that!)

Have you never sat down and properly worked out your pricing?

Are you charging per inch, per serving, or by multiplying your costs by 3 and hoping for the best?

Are you asking in free Facebook Cake Groups for pricing advice and then left feeling more confused than you were before?

Do you always worry about what other cake makers in your area are charging, and feel like you should charge the same?

Do you feel like you’re always really busy but not actually making that much money?

Do you quote for a cake and then come to make it and know that you should have charged more?

When I decided to turn my hobby into a business my main fear was pricing. I hadn’t got a clue. I didn’t want to be too cheap because nobody wants to be “The cheap cake lady” flooded with orders and not making money, or too dear with no customers. So when I saw Rebecca promoting her course I decided to give it a go.
Now at the end of the course I know how to price my cakes with confidence and so much more.

Your current pricing methods could be costing you ALOT of money!

Let’s look at an example…do you charge per inch because you can’t be bothered/haven’t got time to work your pricing out properly?

If this is you, then you might want to reconsider where you are investing your time as you could be losing out on as much as £120 per order if you’re making wedding cakes!

I have just totted up what I would have received if I had charged £10 per inch for this cake – £280.00. What I actually charged was £400.00 based upon correctly calculating the ingredients, oven usage and hourly rate involved.
If I had charged per inch my profit would have taken an absolutely MASSIVE hit.
If this is how you are working out your pricing, you could make back the cost of this class in less than one order!

I’ve really enjoyed it, the pricing information has been brilliant, my other half originally said he thought I wouldn’t sell anything at my prices as no one would pay them, he got me a lead the other night, I quoted how I wanted to and got the order, he now says I have to ignore what he said before and stick to my pricing, he’s heard some of the lives I’ve been watching and is also impressed with what he’s heard, we’ve changed your name slightly in the house now to “Rebecca the Legend”
